A method, not a mystery.
Most software projects go wrong before any code is written — vague scope, open-ended billing, and no clear picture of what "done" means. We run projects the way an engineering firm runs a build: understand the ground, price the work, deliver in stages, and hand over something you own.
The five steps
Discovery
We map your current process before we write a line of code — what happens now, who touches it, where it breaks, and what it costs you when it breaks. You get a written process map at the end of it, whether or not you go on to hire us.
Scope and fixed price
We quote a defined scope at a fixed price, in writing, broken into phased deliverables. No open-ended hourly billing and no moving target. You know the number and the shape of the work before we start.
Build in phases
You see working software every two weeks — not a status report. Each phase is designed to be usable on its own, so value arrives before the whole project is finished and you can steer as it takes shape.
Handover
Documentation, admin training, and a named support contact. We hand over the source code and database access. Your system, your data, your business — no lock-in, no ransom for the thing you paid to have built.
Support
A defined support agreement with response times in writing. Local hours, a local phone number, and a local office you can walk into. Support is a relationship, not a queue.

A fixed price means the risk of getting the estimate wrong sits with us, not you. Phased delivery means you can stop, change direction, or take what's been built and run — at the end of any phase, not just at the end of the project.
And because you own the source code, the data and the hosting, the system outlives the relationship. If we're the right people to keep supporting it, great. If we're not, you're not held hostage by it.
